"This is my third stay at VRI. I love this place … clean, cozy, wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the best riverfront walking path on the west coast. My son attends U of O and we will stay here at every opportunity."

"Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room."

"This is not a lodging for people who can’t do steps. Jackson Room requires a 20 step outdoor staircase to reach the room or leave the room. No other options. Second floor rooms in the main house also require climbing. No elevator. Luggage is a problem. Help needed. Jacuzzi bathtub nice but to use the shower combo one must step over its high sides. Bedding cumbersome and heavy weighted. Heat control in room works well. Train can either be soothing or annoying, your choice. You will hear it at...

"This is a basic clean hotel downtown. Area of eugene, the only the thing I was wishing was a bigger air conditioning unit. And the two hundred dollar security deposit, it was higher than I have ever paid for even a national chain. It is two hundred dollars no negotiation"

"The Riverpath in was so clean and homey! I usually don’t feel as rested or comfortable in hotels or other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. But it felt like I was at home. I even got to chat with one of the owners and we had a great conversation. She was so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about the home and those who pass through it. If I’m ever up there again I will 100% come back to the Riverpath Inn."

"This hotel is definitely not a hotel it is a motel with a lowercase m. It is covered in cobwebs that blocked door and required me to duck. The lamp was unplugged which required me to find lights in the pitch black. The furniture was either stained or ripped. The bathroom was really run down there was no tub stopper and you could see the copper discoloration of the pipe. There was no inner shower liner and the shower was so low that at 5’10 I had to squat the entire time. The towels were...
