"Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet.
The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another room but said it would be the same. Front desk also asked if I went looking for things wrong in the room because if I looked for things I would find them.
At that point I’d had enough and told him I wanted a refund but ofcourse my refund was denied. I had no place to go so I had to find and pay for another hotel. Quality Inn in Waldorf, Maryland earned zero stars and all I can say is buyer beware. Worst experience EVER."
