All the staff were very professional and helpful. Really appreciated the breakfast and meals listed the allergens since I'm vegan. Would definitely stay there again!
The staff are excellent, front desk Prakash and Suvenda, front door and security Birajit and Bibhash and another one we did not get his name. They go above and beyond to help/ assist us with directions, late check out, transportation around and to Bengalore Airport.
Their was an odd odour of cigarettes the first night however that it was fine. The hotel is good in terms of size and clean while being close to a number of tourist sites. The staff were very helpful especially Moon.
Excellent value for money hotel. Good Central location. At par with international Ibis hotel properties. Very well maintained. Reasonable layout of buffet for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend !!
However the bathrooms r very small though very neat and functional.
Good value for money. The room that we were originally assigned had a musty smell. Hotel management was quick to get us situated in a different room, and we had no issues after that. Buffet/ lunch options were decent.
The hotel is located in a central area close to several tourist sites.
The staff at the front desk and the restaurants provided us with excellent service time and again during our three day stay.
Facility was good because a refrigerator was in the room. It would be perfect if I can watch some more international TV channels.
Amenities were so-so. Tissue paper wasn't provided in first and second day but it was provided from 3rd day. Face towel was provided only in that last night. It would be perfect if they were prepared from 1st day.
Quality of staff was very nice, but only pain point was they were asking feedback on Google almost every morning ... I was a bit sick of it.
A nice hotel in the middle of Bengaluru, parks across the road and if you into cricket the stadium is only a 10 min walk as is the Metro station. Staff were very accommodating, if you not on an expense account give the overpriced rooftop bar a go, no view but very expensive. That said there is not a lot around.
For what we got it’s quite overpriced. A standard but spartan room, breakfast was very good but I would avoid eating/drinking in the rooftop lounge as it was extremely expensive and not particularly appealing. One big drawback to the experience was that almost all the front facing staff harassed both of us for a google review of the hotel with their name on it, it became almost rude when asked by the same person four days in a row for it - very disrespectful in the end.
Reception - Wonderful support from the front office, my check in and check out was done smoothly and with no issues.
Booking was found promptly.
Food and Beverage - Price point- Too expensive for some dishes. Fish was served delicious and outstanding presentation by chefs.
Housekeeping - Very helpful towards guests needs. Must improve on coming a bit faster than usual with requests.
Overall guests requests were very slow. Pillows were only 2 for double occupancy. Amenities were also not put for double occupancy.
