Good comfortable stay, Pool on top of the roof was okay but water was quite cold to swim and no pool towels there, we had to ask the staff to bring some,other than that okay. Reception staff was very helpful and courteous no problem, Good hotel to stay

I had booked a Lake View room, but when I arrived, I was allocated a city view room. when queried, i was then shifted to the booked Lake View Room a little later on the day. I would have preferred being told during check in that this was being done due to non-availability of the Lake View Room at the time of Check In. Apart from this, I have been pleased with the hotel and its presentation and the staff. Generally well taken care of.

The cook at the egg station needs some training. My breakfast needs are very basic/limited and my only indulgence was a one egg scrambled egg which was not upto standards, there was a small pile of scrambled eggs surrounded by a lake of liquid eggs ! On our last day we requested filter coffee without sugar or jaggery and a hot chocolate with less sugar, they never came and we had to settle for take-out cups for our trip to the airport.

空港送迎は注意が必要なホテル

部屋は快適で清掃が行き届いていた。朝食は洋食とインド料理と両方楽しめる。徒歩圏内にショッピングモールもあり、立地は良い。 一方で前もって到着時にタクシーを予約していたが、空港に着いてもドライバーが現れなかった。別のラディソンのスタッフに助けてもらったが、夜中2時に空港で1時間も待たされた挙句、謝罪もなく寧ろ永遠と言い訳を聞かされて頭が痛くなった。せっかくいいホテルなのにサービスは酷かった。

Modern hotel in historic downtown, traffic is bad

An attentive staff, good dining, opulent breakfast. Clean. Good room. If you are a tourist wanting to see historic Bangaluru, this is convenient. Upscale grocery 3 blocks to the right leaving hotel. ATM, right to light, then right a block.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Not too far from MG road. Lots of traffic and noise outside but that’s Bangalore, nothing the hotel can do about it. Overall, I’d say good value for money.

コンパクトだが設備は十分。 お湯はほぼ安定して出ます。 事前情報で室内はサンダルとあったので、使い捨てのスリッパを準備していきましたが、使い捨てスリッパありました。 ボディソープ、シャンプーはDove。 朝食はインド料理。カレー、ビリヤニ、チャパティ、デザート、フルーツ、パン、その他色々。生野菜、フルーツは食べてませんのでわかりません。カレー、ビリヤニは普通に美味しかった。 スタッフも親切です。日本語は通じませんが、翻訳アプリ、身振りでなんとか対応していただきました。 場所は中心部から少し離れたところですが、Uber使えば移動は全然苦になりませんでした。徒歩圏内にショッピングモール、スタバ、マクドナルドあり。
