I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, and there was a wide variety of food available at breakfast, ranging from continental options to local dishes. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and having Bhartiya City Mall located next door was an added bonus. The spa facilities were excellent as well, making it the perfect place for a quiet, leisurely break.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and excellent service by the staff. Spa is very good, difficult to get an appointment so make sure you book in advance. The oriental restaurant next to the pool is quite good. The buffet breakfast at Quattro was okay, could have been better but some of the items had gone cold. They could be better staffed to handle people especially over the weekend.

Excellent stay; excellent staff; the food can definitely use some work. The dinner service closes at 10:45 pm and I was there at 10:00; the food was lukewarm warm at best and not replenished and lacked flavor. The breakfast spread was good and delicious though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They genuinely go out of their way to make your stay memorable, always greeting you with a warm smile and a willingness to help. What stood out most was how quickly they responded to any requests or queries—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their level of service truly made the experience special, and I would happily return again.

Stayed here the third time but the the staff service was below average due to the hotel being busy. The front desk were helpful in making sure I had a good check in experience but after that it didn’t go well. Out of the 3 restaurants 2 were booked out due to a conference going on in the hotel. I was subjected to eat at the Quattro restaurant where the food is very average. The house keeping services were also below average and the turn down service was missed and a few complimentary snacks that are usually provided were also skipped this time. When I went to complain about the lack of restaurant services the guest relations team were almost playing a passing the parcel to see who wanted to attend to my issues which I felt was pretty immature and rude. This experience was more like a 3 star hotel experience rather than a 5 star. The staff at this hotel are pretty young and lack experience so the hotel will really need to bump up the training for the staff members. The good part of the experience was the Spa which was amazing as always.

Great staff service after a shaky start! We booked a month in advance and explicitly requested non-smoking rooms for our family with kids. Despite this, we arrived late at night to find we were initially placed on a smoking floor, with our group split across three different floors. Getting that sorted after a long travel day was definitely a hassle. However, the staff turned things around the next morning by moving us all onto the same floor. Even better, they successfully recovered and returned some misplaced items to us intact. A huge thank you to the team for fixing the situation and taking such good care of our things!
