Excellent location, all staff very helpful and friendly. SO clean everwhere. We had Deluxe Studio room 104 overlooking the street, very spacious and bed so comfortable. Grest for people watchingbit definitely need the sound proofing sadly guests in other rooms slam their doors.

Despited, checking in was a problem, however the night staff resolved the issue and we got to sleep. The Kitchen Tap flew off when I used it spurting water everywhere, i quickly stuck the tap back in. The bathroom upstairs had a leak into our shower, they fixed it sharply. But on the whole, these apartments are great and i would for sure stay again. Great Holiday. Thank you

New years stay
Second time staying here. Excellent location and very easy to access. Very clean, tidy and modern. Staff are polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend

The reception staff were all kind and helpful. Very quiet, considering the location in a very busy area. Great laundry facilities.

It was noisy during the November fiesta, which soundproof glass would have reduced, but that was the only downside and I do not drink, so others might not find that a problem, but it was great for everything else, close to just about everything in the old town, very fast Wi-Fi, great staff, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, reasonable sized fridge, toaster, kettle etc.

We stayed in the second block and it was amazing. Great location to discover the old town, fantastic roof top terrace, 250m to the beach and use of nearby hotel facilities for pool. Supermarket near by, great price, WILL definitely stay again

Good rooms would use again.
Perfect for our needs. The only thing that disappointed me was that when we got back to the main front door at around midnight it was locked and it took us a while to work out that we had to use our key card to get in. The night porter / security guard just watched us rather than telling us what to do. Poor service from him.

Great location for everything
Was here last year and had a room on the front which was great. This year had a room in second block on the back which was not so good a view and poor balcony.

Absolutely first class location - slap bang in the middle of the Old Town. Very quiet inside the property - so noise outside won't be an issue. Great value for money - we will definitely be staying here again

top verblijf in Benidorm
het was een zeer nette kamer met alle toe behoren het balkon was zeer zeer klein, enkel 2 stoelen en een klein tafeltje , de bij de keuken was alles voorzien voor 2 personen, het spijtige was dat je naar de accommodatie moest naar een ander gebouw om de sleutel te kunnen krijgen voor op het dakterras, de receptionist was wel een vriendelijke kerel die zelfs bereid was om onze valiezen te helpen dragen , ook was er nog de gelegenheid om in een ander hotel te mogen gebruik maken van een zwembad. het min punt dat ik kan mee geven is dat je op je terras direct kon binnen kijken bij de overburen en dat er in de vroege morgen lawaai was van school. anders hebben we een top vakantie gehad , vele winkels en eetgelegenheden mvg. H.Hp.
