Lovely room, were not advised not all restaurants would be open and what was open is very confusing - not even all staff seemed to know, amenities closed at short notice without warning (gym/shop/reception), confusion over what had/had not been paid for on check out, no other options to get snacks when shop is closed, food quality was excellent, gym equipment needs updating but there is a good variety, beautiful buildings and location

Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting.

Not clean

Had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in even though it was only one family ahead of us. Not clean. Cockroaches all over the stairs wich was disgusting. Loud. Noice at breakfast was terrible. Nice pools. Nive room but no views even though the room was very very expensive.

El personal es estupendo y con la app de Meliá es super fácil pedir desde amenities a una almohada o cualquier otra cosa desde la piscina,por ejemplo. Igual que consultar las actividades para niños o adultos. Lo único que he echado en falta es que estuviera abierto el bar de Mosaico,la barra de la zona de la piscina grande,para pedir bebida y no tener que ir a otras zonas a pedir algo e ir cargada cuando vas con niños y no te dan las manos. Por lo demás el hotel precioso,como siempre,y la habitación grande y limpia,cama y almohadas cómodas.

Decepcionante : habitacion sucia : con insectos:nevera que pierde agua ...mala comunicación entre restaurantey hotel [ si no me doy cuenta cobran 2 veces 1 comida .] Material roto en el minigolf ..colas check out...en fin para ser un hotel de este gran nombre hemos tenido muy mala suerte

No es un espacio para el descanso vacacional

Es un hotel que no tiene en cuenta la experiencia del cliente. Tienen una gestión de toallas y experiencia de la piscina incompatible con el relax y el descanso. En todas las piscinas, no hay un ricón de tranquilidad. Cuando no hay musica de Disco hay animadores con el volumen al 200%. En este hotel no ha evaluado el descanso. Instalaciones antiguas. Bañera inaccesible.

En général c’était super ! L’appartement n’était pas aligné avec l’extérieur et le cadre, cadre chic, beau même exceptionnel. L’appartement était en très mauvais état, nécessité de faire de gros travaux de rénovation. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les wc, pommeau de douche cassé, support baignoire dangereux, baignoire ancienne, luminaires chambre cassés, structure portes/fenêtre abîmée, un 5 étoiles pour l’extérieur et un 2 étoile pour la chambre Le personnel très accueillant, très gentil,l’animation très forte, spectacles bien organisés , par contre ne parlent pas français, absolument anglais et Espagnol nécessaire pour pouvoir se débrouiller
