"No beach view this time but room had a balcony which we used daily. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Staff were courteous and obliging & rooms were clean and spacious. We love the roof bar/pool with its fabulous views. We will be back soon !!"

"Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "

"A great location on the beach front and walkable distance from all amenities. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as we've always been happy and content here. We do feel tbe rooms could do with some updating now though! There was a kettle, rwo cups and saucers two bottles of complimentary water but no coffee or tea bags which we found very odd. Friends were staying here at the same time as us and the same situation in their room so we knew it wasn't that they had been forgotten to be added ro the T-tray. I would say the breakfast was just ok...plenty to choose from but still just ok. This hotel is definitely more suitable for middle aged or elderly people. As the entertainment is certainly not for the younger generation. I Would recommend this hotel 👍 "

"Staff were all very helpful , friendly and professional. Rooms were outstanding the housekeeping was immaculate . One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in in Benidorm. There is a balcony / conservatory which has wonderful sea views . The rooms were quiet and the sound of the waves lapping the shore all night made it dreamy . The food was outstanding! Excellent choice and of extremely good quality . We would say that the pool be a little dated but still enjoyed it. Nice few bars on the way back but the best place for an evening drink was on the hotel terrace which offered an excellent choice with really friendly and above all happy staff. This hotel was a great find and we are already looking to go back assp . A big thank you to the wonderful staff !! "
