"Stayed in a superior pod, very contemporary, comfortable, clean, and well insulated from the weather with lovely views of the loch and mountains. Not much in the immediate area food wise (would need to drive to Balloch for any alternative dining options) but the food at Oaktree was lovely, tasty and filling. Good choice of whisky too."

"Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay."

"We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. "Overall, poor standard of accommodation for £140 per night. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were very low. Had to ask for a move of room as couldnt even open the windows in our room. 2nd room was marginally better, st least we could get some fresh air!"

"Staff are brilliant here. Tam the chef makes tasty meals ,can recommend the carvery for an evening meal and the pancakes at breakfast were yummy. Natasha served breakfast, she's a breath of fresh air, happy and cheerful in the morning, but all the staff are great. The tables could do with a bit of TLC it brings the overall look down a bit. Bedrooms are clean and comfy beds , tea ,coffee ,milk "

"I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again. "
