"The rooms were not the rooms I reserved 2 months in advance, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to checking in, the receptionist seem confused. The other staff were great especially the female who provided breakfast."

"The breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights. A delicious veggie/cheese omelet with potatoes and sliced smoked sausage was the breakfast our first morning. However, only one serving was there except for the potatoes. It took nearly an hour to replace these items. There was no work g ice ma home on our floor. When we reported it, the staff was not aware."

"The rooms are nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast too. My only con would be I like a coffee machine in the room. A lovely older place to stay and very quiet as well."

She is always so polite, helpful, and supportive, and she makes checking in quick and easy. She also takes the time to share helpful information about breakfast and everything the hotel has to offer. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Miss V, I probably would not have booked at this hotel. She is truly the reason I will continue to come back. Thank you, Miss V, for making every stay welcoming and stress-free!"
