Average clean hotel

The hotel is an average hotel. It needs updated and cleaned up outside. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Remove the carpets in the room and update the bathroom.

The property was well policed, room was adequate and comfortable. Pool was never available (5) days. Fast food with in walking distance, limited dining options, small town. Very nice state park near by.

We got in really late and the lady at the counter was super fast and friendly. (You don't find that much at 3:30 in the morning). I really appreciated that after driving for 10 hours. Bed was comfy and overall the place was clean. Just a nice experience

First, I would stay here again. But Had issues with coffee pot not working( fixed the problem my self). Had to have maintenance come to reset TV, showed static upon arrival. Have to manually change channels with up/ down button which was tedious. I had my laptop so ended up watching shows on that. Staff was nice and helpful.

The name of the facility is quality, yet it was an everything short of quality. There was mold around the cabinet that held the tv, dead bugs on the floor, dirty hair on floor in back of commode. The tissue roll was very loose on the wall. This facility could use an upgrade. Complementary breakfast is a joke. The staff was nice and friendly.

You get what you pay for.

Very much a "you get what you pay for" hotel, maybe about $10-20 too high priced (but we booked the busiest weekend of the year). Breakfast was a solid offering of make-your-own waffles, oats, fruit, and sweets. Rooms were dilapidated but functional. Just a beat-up but useable space. I reserved a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, smelled gross. Day time staff was all super nice, but late night staff acted like we were inconveniencing them and wouldn't even say "hi" when we greeted them. Definitely a 420 friendly facility, which was comical to me, but maybe not the best place for a family with small kids. Pool looks enjoyable but it was only 50 when we visited.

The check-in folks were lovely and tried to help each time I came down to find out why I couldn’t get the television to work. I also let her know that the stopper in the sink wasn’t engaged. a man came in during my third trip down to the check-in desk and said something about my complaining. I was actually just asking for help thinking that I didn’t know how to work the television. He may have been a manager I don’t know. The check-in lady moved me to a second room where the television worked, but the sink was cracked and there were other Elements in the room that needed fixing lampshades, etc. The room was clean and I didn’t see any bugs.
