"We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms.
The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold.
The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower.
One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...
