"This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and more than I expected. The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Lots of space in the room. Great location if you are at a conference."

"The room was clean. I did have problems with the cable/TV in the room, and the staff there seemed like it was not a priority for our stay all the staff told us was "we will let maintenance crew know about the cable/TV issue" and was not resolved. Parking was hectic at night as there is a parking lot but it was full both nights. Staff was also told of ants on the floor and getting onto the beds but again staff did not resolve this problem as well."
