"Very nice and clean.
The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful. They did run out of regular syrup, and all that was left was sugar free. (First world problems). Nice thing is the coffee machine is available at all times, not just the morning.
Room was clean and the beds were sooo comfy. Dove products for toiletries and probably one of the best showers I’ve ever taken.
Only gripe is we had a late check-out with a DND sign on the door, and housekeeping still knocked at 11 to ask when...

"During our stay they did have a situation out of their control. But is a bummer to show up at 430 and still not able to check in. We had plans we wanted to get ready for and couldn't at the hotel. They also advertise to have a heated pool and a hot tub. There is no hot tub and the pool will pretty chilly. I also wish the shower would go hotter than it did. But the gentleman working the day of check in handled himself super well considering all that was going on."

I could hear his inappropriate phone conversations, dog barking, & hocking loogies. Went to use bathroom in the middle of the night & there was a cockroach who went back behind the tile. Some of the floor tiles were not secure. The...
