"The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back"

"Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat! It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch. We plan to return some day. :)"

"The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. And after REALLY looking at the bathroom I noticed the trim was painted EXTREMELY messily While NONE of this was an issue with the stay - I guess I just expect more for the amount that’s paid for the room. "The property is outdated, one of the Elevators was out of order and the maintenance of the property is a 5 out of 10, also the bathroom fan was broken and the television didn't work properly, it kept going in and out. One good thing it has a spacious parking lot."

"Everything was wonderful during our stay, which was cut short by a power outage at Ford Field. We hope to be back!!! Your front desk staff was THE most friendly and helpful! We travel a lot and many times they just aren’t very energetic, but the young lady who helped us find dinner options was a great listener and gave us advice we could use. Then, upon checkout, the gentleman was amazing through all the chaos. We will be back!"
