"they locked the balcony. stay there many times with the nice view of the sea.
Staff cannot explain why and just said policy.
I will not stay there anymore."
"Clean and nice place.
But we've got only have 1 access card to access elevator and room power source where difficult if one of the family member want to go out for awhile.
Also, we cannot bring outside food to the hotel room since I have a baby so i need to stay at the hotel while my husband bring back food to me for dinner but security scold him telling him prohibited to bring outside food. It is quite not quite customer friendly"

Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport
10/10 Excellent
"There is plenty to like and nothing comes to mind for dislikes. We are only staying overnight and the link between the airport terminals and the hotel is all covered and mostly air conditioned. We are OAP’s and it’s any easy walk but there are also transport buggies."
"In-house order
Left over food / plate and glass was place out side the room not collect until the next day
It Invites flies and birds
Possible management can look on it"
"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. With that being said plus the competitive pricing which includes a spacious apartment, sufficient local breakfast buffet and unbeatable sea view with the sound of the waves because the resort is really right by the beach, I think this resort can definitely serve the visitors better in the future with possible renovation that takes place little by little. Good luck!"
"The entire property looks worn down, not at all as advertised. I’ve stayed at better hotels that cost the same. The amenities and the hotel grounds have seen better days."
