"I genuinely enjoyed my 7 nights at Hillview Apartments. It is perfectly located to the places I needed to get to. The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏"

"Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed.."

"The hotel was Okay. To get to certain rooms was a very steep incline, but it’s because Grenada is a very hilly country. The rooms were Okay, a little outdated and could have been better attended to. "We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...

"Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small...
