"The whole place has a rundown feel to it. I understand refurbishment is planned. Bathroom fittings were worn toilet dodnt flush, had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Food in restaurant was vastly overpriced very little choice ( chicken or fish from barbecue) so called buffet with sliced onions, tomatoes, a few other bits allegedly constitution salad. Some cooked veg. Didn't bother with breakfast. Price of the room was not justified in my opinion. Far better hotels nearby with far lower...

"The owner and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The place is extremely clean and the ground swell maintained. It is the best beach in Grenada and it was a bonus having a large built-in swimming pool with a deep end of 7 feet. The pool was also well maintained and enjoyable. Groceries are just across the street at the IGA and there are plenty places within walking distance for meals."

My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. "The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms.
