The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! "This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. "The whole place has a rundown feel to it. I understand refurbishment is planned. Bathroom fittings were worn toilet dodnt flush, had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Food in restaurant was vastly overpriced very little choice ( chicken or fish from barbecue) so called buffet with sliced onions, tomatoes, a few other bits allegedly constitution salad. Some cooked veg. Didn't bother with breakfast. Price of the room was not justified in my opinion. Far better hotels nearby with far lower...

"We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. "Great stay! I would recommend. Quiet, quaint, cute, clean, attentive staff. Reliable WiFi. I didn’t get bitten by mosquitos (maybe 1 or 2 bites) but overall that was good. The breakfast included was good (omelette, sausage, vegetables, coffee, tea, hot coco-best I’ve had). Smooth check in. Also was not overcrowded which I value. (I came in June 2026). For the money spent, I def think it was worth it. Peaceful beautiful space so I would recommend :)"
