The room was very clean, well appointed and well air conditioned! It's right on a beautiful beach that's very quiet and calm. The hotel offers snorkel gear, kayaks, towels and beach chairs to use which was awesome. Above all else though, ALL of the staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful folks that were happy to help arrange taxis and activities to get across the island. 10/10 would recommend!

Location is great. Beach is spectacular. Beautiful color and protected on both sides of the beach making for calm waters. Most of the time the beach is also quiet. Several food and bar option within easy walking distance. Resort is ok. Very nice views of the water. Staff were general very nice and if asked attentive and helpful. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The resort could updating. Beach towels seem to be limited. Some of the staff seemed a bit clueless. Beach and pool chairs are limited. Tour groups would occasionally take over the pool and bar area.

This place felt like a hidden gem. It wasn't walking distance to a lot of things, but the trade off was a quiet beautiful beach almost at our doorstep and avoiding the crowds at the more popular beach nearby.

The property needs renovation, the linen and towels are very old and dingy. This is the second time I have stayed there. Staff is excellent but these old sheets and towels need to go. The tiles in the bathroom need steam cleaning and there should be an additional lock on the doors

The property is safe and truly beachfront. The staff are pleasant and do what they can to accommodate your needs. The hotel is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. Resources are low, making it difficult to meet customers needs. During our stay we had issues with leaks, no hot water, TV that didn’t work. Staff seemed to try to resolve, 1 of 3 issues resolved. Loved Grenada but would not stay here again. If you’re on a budget and can work around some of these deficiencies it is doable.

The property was well maintained and clean. However, there should be more to do while at the resort. We attended a party on Wednesday night but no functions either Thursday or Friday night were available. My husband loved the Chicken Roti but the Lambi (Conch) I had was terrible. I couldn’t even finish it. It took a long time for food to be served but the staff was very friendly.

Depending which cruise ships were in, the parking lot was swarming with buses full of tourists. They stormed the grounds and took over the place, grabbing all the chaise lounges, then the chairs from the pool. It totally ruined the serenity that I was led to believe I was going to get. One day, the resort rented out the grounds for a birthday party. Screaming kids took over the whole pool. On Sundays, anyone who wants to can pay admission and use the whole place. The Rhum Runner party boat dumps all its passengers on the beach. One day, fishermen came ashore with all their nets, leaving behind hundreds of dead fish in the water. The room was clean but dated. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The beach was beautiful. The pool had a swim-up bar. But there was no microwave, coffee pot, suitcase rack, tissues or hair dryer. Only a kettle. There was no floral arrangement in my room as advertised. I never knew whether my shower was going to be the polar plunge or molten lava. It changed daily. We lost water and electricity twice, and for hours at a time. The ceiling fan didn’t work. Nor did the outlet in the bathroom. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed. The balcony chairs were hard wooden slats. Most of the chaise lounges were broken or missing pieces. The restaurant was not open for dinner. There was a barbecue on the beach, but the food was cold. We had to use water shoes because the beach was full of stones.

Tired worn down older hotel on an exquisitely beautiful ( mostly) quiet beach. 20 minute walk to restaurants in Grand Anse. Few dining options near hotel. Loud ( music decibel) party boats crowded with cruise ship people visited the beach ruining the quiet vibe - which was the best part of it. Would not return. Would stay on Grand Anse instead.
