"I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."
