The place was just perfect. Walking distance from the airport so ideal for solo Travellers and really safe. Rooms were great and pool was nice to chill in. Check in was smooth and straight forward. Host was very accommodating.

What can I say great price , staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Pool perfect touch and close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and fast to respond. My only concern was the bedding and pillow cases were stained. Also, the kitchen barely has enough tools for cooking. Almost everything was old and need some ungraded. They sat up an incredible dinner table for my daughter’s white coat ceremony which we really enjoyed. I will still highly recommend it but please do some upgrades so we can come back for our next visit.

The staff was outstanding and made our stay truly enjoyable. Ms. Paulette was amazing—she gave us such a warm and welcoming check-in and made us feel like family throughout our stay. The chefs in the kitchen were wonderful, and every meal we had was delicious. The only suggestion I have is to offer a little more variety for breakfast and dinner. Having a few different menu options each day would make an already great experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff were kind and helpful. The place is located on tbhe main strip which is beneficial for taxi and local bus pick-ups. Something I wished the place had was more towels and provided toiletries. The basic bath towels were provided but no beach towels, hand towels, or wash cloth, which are small gestures that elevate the experience/stay. There also weren't any paper towels. Providing at least 1 roll or half a roll would've been great for the customer experience. I like the information book that was provided, it was very helpful.

I really appreciated how close this hotel was to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and gave us the opportunity to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine each morning. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Mr. Curt and Ms. William are wonderful cooks, and every meal they prepared was delicious. Ms. Paulette was exceptionally warm and welcoming—she made my husband and me feel like family and always took the time to check in on us whenever she saw us. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a greater variety of breakfast and dinner options for guests staying multiple days. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

The room we booked wasn’t what we got when we arrived. Upon waiting and checking they finally moved us to the room that we booked. Then I received an email for the room price different charged! Same thing for the breakfast that was included, they will take their chances to charge you and ask you to pay. Be careful!

The pool view was very nice. La Heliconia is close to the airport, so the view of part of the runway is quite nice, plus the view of the Caribbean Sea was also visible, though far away. Vegetation around the hotel is quite nice as well.
