Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. "Darion my concierge was excellent. He made sure I tried every single restaurant. He was responsive and engaging. Jimmyah at the café was adorable and amazing too. The staff at this resort are super sweet. I would come back 20 more times because of their outstanding hospitality. Big up my house keeper Ronasha I met her one time, but her work was impeccable."

"I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food."

"I don't normally write reviews but there some things I didn't like my room you can hear your neighbor on the other side they decided to wake you up your sleep 6 am in morning to have a full conversation very loud I didn't like that also I did not like my breakfast the suger they gave us had had suger ants an the bed they gave use to sleep was two twin bed they put together nope 🙅 not good"

"On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water.
