"The place is a junk not even worth staying there. The host Sharon act like she care but once I saw the place and realized nothing looked like what was see on expedia. she became a different person. I told her we could not stay there. Expedia have the property listed 4 minutes walk to the beach the only way to get to any beach was by taking a taxi. The pool look dirty and it’s like go in at your own risk. The place had a tv as small as an IPad. The bathroom look worst than a public restroom....

"I enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff were kind and helpful. The place is located on tbhe main strip which is beneficial for taxi and local bus pick-ups. Something I wished the place had was more towels and provided toiletries. The basic bath towels were provided but no beach towels, hand towels, or wash cloth, which are small gestures that elevate the experience/stay. There also weren't any paper towels. Providing at least 1 roll or half a roll would've been great for the customer...

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"The photos of the outside really are true to the photo. Outside the property is beautiful. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy however you advertised a tv of the room we chose and there wasn't one. The kitchen appliances inside are very dated. "The bed was very uncomfortable. The plumbing was terrible. The shower had mold in it. For some reason, the toilet was sitting extremely high. The pool area needs to be redone.
