We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"We had a hilltop suite with a beautiful view. These are very basic rooms with very limited furniture and kitchen supplies even with the full kitchen suites. This resort is defiantly not worth the 9.0 rating on Expedia. My wife and I have traveled extensively all over the Caribbean over the last 12 years and this resort is a great value for the island since most places are so highly overpriced. But it is certainly not in the 9.0 rating category. The door lock on one of our patio doors was broken,...

"The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms.
