"We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. "We stayed in a 2BR villa with our three kids in late March/early April and had a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a large patio offering sweeping beach views. Daily cookies and bottled water were a great touch. "The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles. "

"Room was not ready at 5p. Suite w 2 bedrooms and i was a single so they only cleaned one room, give me one towel and no tiolet paper. They pre-arranged taxi for 6a pickup. No show so they kindly called someone else who came right away. The car didnt appear to be a taxi due to the junk in the car but at least i got to airport"
