"The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The room was cozy (they are small but that's the point) and clean with a lovely shower. The free drink token at the start of the stay was a nice touch. It's located in a busy part of town and there is no shortage of spots to check out nearby. The only issue I had was at check in they were having problems with a new POS/booking system and it took forever to get me checked in. Management should have provided the staff better training or resources available while they settled into their new system."

"The room was absolutely beautiful—clean, chic, and very well maintained. I loved the modern décor and how fresh and comfortable everything felt. The space was stylish without sacrificing comfort, and you could tell attention was given to the little details. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again!"
