"Great place. Only thing was I thought breakfast was included but it was extra. Beautiful place with very friendly staff."

"The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. We liked that it was a short walk to Intrust Arena. We were on the street side of the hotel, and it was very noisy almost all night with the traffic and loud vehicles. The Attached parking garage is owned by the city (we found out- no signage). We paid $20 (doubled from our last visit) to go in and park, only to find that we couldn't get in the hotel door to check into the hotel. We had to drive out, check into another door to the hotel, then reenter the parking garage and pay another $20. Hotel said they couldn't help us with the additional fees."

"In my King Room the floor had some darker areas in the grout-possible mold?? The shower curtain would not stay to keep water from going outside of the shower….annoying. The main part of the room was great and the A/C worked very well. Bed was comfortable. There were 2 front desk staff that I spoke/interacted with. The first one was initially (bad mood) I checked in late since I was not able to check-in early (no rooms available) I was ok with that as I got in early…visited family and checked in around 1000pm so maybe her demeanor was off. 2nd front desk staff was super kind/helpful."
