The room was nice. When I arrived earlier than I expected, the people working at the front desk let me check in early. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were amazing. The outdoor hot tub on the pool balcony was really nice to relax in. The breakfast was really good. Hotel staff were lovely and seemed to care about each guest. I was even more impressed when I arrived to the hotel than I expected from the pictures I saw on the listing.

It’s an excellent hotel. The staff was outstanding. The happy hour kickoff was great and so was the breakfast.. the only problem I had there should be an easier way to check out even when you use like Expedia. Cause right now if you use someone other than the hotel website to book, you have to go to the parking garage back your car up then drive clear around to the front of the hotel. Go inside to check out. It would be so much easier if you could just check out on the TV app or something other than having to go through all the extra steps that is the only thing wrong with this hotel.
