Yes the manager charged me a 100 deposit and booking department said it's supposed to be only 50 and i still have not received my money back so i called them they claim it was released to my card my bank even wants verification that they sent it back to me or im going to make a report

I have never been in a more run down and dirty hotel and we travel a lot. It smelled like dog pee, the bed was soiled with stains, pubic hair and debris, shoes stick to the floor, appeared to be blood on the wall beside the bed, toilet not attached to the floor at base, bathroom ceiling with black mold and sagging, lamps stained up, nasty residue on light switch, fingernail polish all over desktop, microwave from the 70s and dirty, staff not at desk, staff comes to window in pajama pants, staff can not complete the check in process. Pictures and videos to prove it. Whatever you do-do not stay here. Pitch at tent in the park-you will have a nicer stay.

Lamps did not work. Lamps didn’t even have light bulbs. Very run down. No check in staff at desk …had to call on the phone e and then wait. Lots of clutter in the check in office area. Not visually appealing at all.

Because of the state fair the rooms rates were ridiculously high. We pre checked in to save time at the desk but still took about 20 minutes to get our keys and had to give them all the same things I entered online. The property is very dated and in need of repair. Our room was very small and musty with a noisy window air conditioner that was not adequate. The bathroom was super compact, dirty and in need of maintenance. Beds and pillows needed to be upgraded. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. We checked out after one nights stay with very little sleep and drove to Wichita for the remainder of our state fair stay.

I had to precheck in provide my card for there to be hold, to have to present my card again at check in for a second hold. No one should have their incidentals held twice. There was mold in the wall of the bathroom. Two towels provided for a double queen room of 4 booked occupants and well lets just say we ended up going to Walmart to buy towels that were thicker than paper. The sheets had old stains, Which is whatever, but I spent the next 3 days at the chiropractor. We got a notice about sorry about the renovations, Covid, but at what point do we stop blaming an event and start updating the property.

Older hotel family owned very small lobby. Very limited breakfast options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean some of the furniture was outdated and stained. Air conditioner worked great. Bed was comfortable. This hotel cost was less than other hotels in the area You get what you pay for.
