"this property is solid, but lacking in comfort as far as the mattresses were considered, for me and my family. the carpeting in the room could used a little more attention. continental breakfast was adequate, but noting special. staff was good, no issues there but, we booked this property based on reviews and we saw 8.8 up to 9.2 at some sites, its barely 7.0 for me and my family. i would say a pretty solid 3 star, as it is really showing its age and the comfort level for a good night sleep was...

"AC was non existent. Room was hot and stuffy. Dirty run down room. Bedding was worn and cheap. Elevator was broken. Had no help carrying luggage upstairs. Bathroom had no vent, Breakfast was okay but coffee was awful, discolored hot water at best. Pool/hot tub area was rundown. Only one jet worked in hot tub, timer was broken, concrete crumbling. All outside and pool doors did not latch for security purposes. Road into hotel was worse than a dirt road. Very bad experience. "

"I am from the area and was visiting my family. The Boulevard Hotel was right in the downtown area and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The best thing about our stay was the staff. Everyone was interested in their job and was happy to be working there. It was very nice!"
