"Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip."

"I stayed 1 night for a layover from driving. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent accomodations. Easy check in. Breakfast was simple but adequate for what I needed. Cereal, fruit, toast, juice, coffee, etc. No hot options but every was excellent. Price point was very good and ratings were high. Hotel is located about 1/4 mile off the highway so it was free from road noise. Would stay here again."

"Perfect for a cheap stop-over with my family. We stay here almost every time we pass through Mount Vernon. Comfy beds, clean room, good service, and great location. Breakfast is only okay, but that’s what I expect from an inexpensive stop-over hotel. Absolutely worth staying for the price."

"Local couple we needed a place to stay the night due to our AC being out and its over 100 degrees. Was able to get in quick and they allowed our dog! Room was much nicer than expected and proud to say our hometown has places like this. "
