"I initially had high hopes for a good stay. However, things started to go down hill beginning with the parking lot. There were at least 3 shady looking men in lurking near the doors that led from the lot to a crossing bridge to the hotel which made us feel unsafe. Then, it needs to be mentioned that there were at least 4 or more spots we walked past in the garage that had dried semi dried puke we navigated around. "Checking in & getting help with our key not working was terrible. Only 1 to 2 people working the front desk. Not enough towels, no room service, no tv remote."

"Folks at front desk were friendly, hotel was well kept. Rooms were nice , bed and pillows were comfy and slept well. But the shower. Oh my goodness, when you look at the showerhead you think, great, another water saving low power shower. No sir! Best shower I have ever experienced. Not strong enough to sting, but not far from it. "The rooms were spacious enough for three adults and convenient if you were going to the casino. We were there in July and the sign on the desk said the pool was closed - no reason just closed, but nothing on Expedia said the pool was not available, so that was disappointing. The hotel seem to be run down and outdated, but it was okay for a one night stay. I would not stay at this hotel for an extended period."
