"Room was dirty. Stains on the sheets! Gross"

"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be."

"There was AC in the room, but the room was extremely humid at all times. The only way for the room to not be humid was the to open the window, which didn’t have a screen. The carpet reeked and smelled because of the humidity. The bedsheets didn’t fit the bed, had stains on them, and were ripped in certain areas. The bathroom was dirty and wasn’t wiped down fully. The fridge had never been cleaned properly, as there might have been some sort of mold growing on the seal of it. The microwave...

"Massive construction going on, considering how inconvenient it is and the level of construction going on, I would have not stayed here at full price. I wish they would have informed of this during booking. I could have stayed at a much nicer place for around the same spend"

"When arriving didn’t receive a welcome gift like usual. They said it was for diamond holders but in the previous stays we always received a welcome gift a a goodbye safe travels gift. Not sure why that changed."
