"No notice when booking that the pool was closed. No notice from the staff at check in that the pool was closed. The only sign that the pool was closed was by the door to it."

"The support and service was outstanding! The Inn had a wonderful vibe - sitting on the front porch felt like sitting on the front pot at my home. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name. By the time breakfast ended, the other guests were sitting at our table where we talked for what seemed an hour. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund."

"Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay."

"Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months. So wouldn’t you update the website and actual sign? Dirty dishes still in the dishwasher Bowl broke ln and chipped still in circulation Shower pressure minimal Couldn’t get the fan to...

"I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing."
