"The room was very small for three persons and felt a bit stuffy; however, it was manageable. When we got to the room it had some odor which the staff could have turned on the AC prior to our check-in to eliminate the odor. The carpet has a lot of stains which make it look dirty.
Once we turned on the AC which took some time to cool off the room the odor went away. The bathroom also had some odor but luckily there’s a linen freshener in the closet we used it to kill the odor.
As for the staff,...

"Exceptional quality of service and attention. One of the best hotel that I have stayed in. The staff went out of the way, from door men to attending staff to make you welcome and enjoy their hospitality.
Right at the beach and accessible to main attractions by Taxi. The concierge were helpful in meeting our request.
Truly memorable stay and will recommend to all.

"You would expect a hotel of this caliber to have working washers and dryers for its guests. However during my stay there was only 2 washers and 1 of was for employees only. Thats unacceptable! The room i stayed in while a decent view the walls and floors weren’t as good looking they were dirty. Now the security here at the hotel is nice i didn’t feel uncomfortable once. The Sky Lounge is nice and there’s even a convenience store on the first floor. If you got money to burn i recommend staying...

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."
