Front desk staffs could not confirm my payment completion because Expedia had not informed that I have already paid by credit card. They need the confirmation but in vain. We spent more than 1.5 hour at the frontdesk for check-in. Finally I had to agree to pay a deposit till the payment is confirmed. What is worse, it happened on not only me but my colleague. I used an operator chat to solve, whenver I asked them one thing, like "Call to my mobile phone", "Please send e-mail to confirm the payment in Englis", "Please call to the front desk", they alwayreply, "Please wait 15minutes". You should know this hotel located longer than 2 hour drive from city center and it surely let you tired. The time for check in truly damages everyone.
Wi-Fi is only at the lobby. Actually they have an Wi-Fi equipment for the guest rooms but they are not working. If you need Wi-Fi, you need to get down to the hotel lobby.
