Kamar cukup baik dengan balcony, swimming pool bersih dan menyenangkan, taman tapih dan terawat. Area untuk perbaikan: wifi tidak stabil, tidak ada pemanas air dikamar, tidak ada jet-shower di kamar mandi, rasa makanan kurang."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room...

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card.
