"First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and well maintained for an older property. It had a cute feel with the nice lobby fireplace. My room was very clean and everything worked well including the TV which is very important to me. I arrived late and the owner and his wife were at the front desk. What lovely people. They went out of their way to assist me and to help me find a restaurant close by so I didn't have to drive much more. It turned out to be right down the street so very...

"The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean."

"The people were tremendous. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better"
