"Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests."

Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner . "The hotel is modern with 5 min walk to the center. View over looking Vielha is amazing. However sound isolation could be further improved to have a more comfortable stay."
