"The hotel was nice and it was an easy check in and check out process. The one reason I rate this hotel lower is because the air condition was virtually non-existent. It is advertised that this hotel has AC, but it doesn’t work. I had to open the window in the middle of the night and it provides very little airflow since the curtain is drawn over it. Not an ideal hotel for those who like a cooler room and airflow."

"Firstly, what you need to know about this hotel is that it is right in the middle of the late-night party scene in Munich with loud noise going on till the early hours of the morning.
However, the worst aspect of our stay was the fact that the AC did not work or, more likely, was restrained as there is not enough capacity for the building. The first 2 nights it was unbearably hot in the room with just a trickle of cool air coming out of the AC. You HAVE to open the windows or you will boil and...

"Zwei Nächte zu zweit im Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein typisches Ibis Hotel mit dem gewohnten Standard. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein und die Ablageflächen könnten etwas großzügiger sein, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat es aber vollkommen ausgereicht.
Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück entsprach dem guten Ibis-Standard mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls praktisch: Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, der ÖPNV befindet sich in der Nähe und...

"Newer hotel in a great location, safe, quiet, short walk or two-stop bus ride to the Ostbahnhof, also close to bus stops. Close to the Werksviertel area, lots of restaurants and bars there. Very convenient having the Rewe, Lidl and DM in the level below the hotel.
Well maintained, excellent air conditioning (was there during a heat wave), clean, friendly and accomodating staff, great complementary breakfast, tea/water/coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay,...

"Great quiet location at the end of a U and S Bahn line. The convenience to the train, bakery, grocery store, and drug store were wonderful for our week+ stay. The breakfast was a little high priced for what it offered, but it was good. The themed social rooms on each floor was a fun touch, though some were missing items in them. We would come back here again if we come back to Munich."

"Es war genügend Platz im Zimmer. Die sanitären Anlagen sehr sauber, Dusche sehr gut, war gut zu bedienen und bot viel Platz. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, das hatte ich leider nicht gebucht. Das Hotel ist mit U-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar, nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station "Studentenstadt" entfernt. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend."
