"The breakfast was amazing! The room had no air conditioning so it was warm-have to ask for extra towels, but otherwise good location"

"The breakfast here at Zander K is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are couteous. We requested an upgrade to a larger room and they gave us a suite which was great as we were staying three nights and we really needed the additional space. Everything went well and I recommend this hotel. It is a 10-15 minutes to walk to all the major sites and is very quiet!"

"Great location and good service but had some issues with the clean services. Cleaning Staff came in on day 3 of our stay. The staff trashes our plastic bags, water bottle and food that was set aside for the evening. I am hoping it was by accident but staff should be instructed to take away things that are in trash or set aside specifically to be trashed."

"The breakfast was delicious. It offered something for everybody. I enjoyed their small sausage bites, melons, green salad and liver wurst. There too many dishes to list, as they catered to many nationalities. French, German, American, Asian, Norwegian (great salmon) in a large but intimate dining room with great views. The bed was comfy and easy to sleep in. My husband enjoyed breakfast so much, we will be eating dinner here. The hotel offers a large area on ground floor to entertain kids if all ages. It's amazingly comfortable. Feels very safe and clean ."

"This is a nice hotel located on the water and only a block from the main cruise ship terminal. It's you're catching a cruise, this is probably one of the closest hotels available. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding (no water trickle that is often encountered in many European hotels). The breakfast buffet is good with a range of options. They also include dinner which is basic but satisfying."

"Great location, 15 min walk from the ferry terminal, fish market across the street. Staff helpful, we stored our luggage there for several hours after checking out. Breakfast was great...good variety, and plentiful. Just beware although the upgraded rooms show a balcony, there are only a few. When we asked about it, we did get a room with a nice view, but no balcony. Would recommend this hotel"
