"The positives - the room was clean (aside from the cobwebs); the linen was clean; the kitchen was well equipped; and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The big negative - the accommodation was small, tired, dated and drab. To be honest - a bit depressing to stay in and very much low budget end. The outside future was co weed in algae and tired. The paths and room patio were covered in unswept hedge trimming and messy. The photos on the website make it look much nicer than it actually is. They do not reflect the reality."

"This is an exception hotel, full of history, style and elegance. Estelle and Pascale are superb hosts with every attention to detail. It’s a jewel in the heart of beautiful Bergerac. Breakfast was excellent and slightly different each morning. We will definitely book again."

"Comfortable beds ,helpful staff, perfectly placed for the city's shops and restaurants, clean rooms but could do with a bit more clothing space, but apart from that enjoyable stay."
