Too many small inconveniences that added up. Parking is poorly designed and signage truly awful. Confusing map and the entire complex is enormous. Food at restaurants was just so-so. Room service took forever. Website said light show was cancelled but it wasn't. 3 light fixtures in room didn't work at all. For the luxury price, I would have preferred a higher level of service and quality."
