The room was clean and the hotel was close to the busy shopping area, plus by the main road. The staff at the reception area needs to be a little nicer in conversation. Check in is on the 1st floor.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well as grocery stores. Close to a good transportation network for getting around the city (train, metro and buses). We enjoyed our stay here.

The room was fine, although a bit dated. Parts of the room needed replacing (wooden paneling around the sink). There was also mould in the shower. Overall, it’s fine, but shabby. Housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30, on a Sunday, and on our check out date wasn’t great either.

Nice, if somewhat outdated room in a perfect location on Kudamm. For the good price a perfect place to stay for a few nights. Air condition work very well. I did not have breakfast there, so cannot speak to the food.

No shampoo in shower dispenser and dispenser defective on arrival. Took hotel staff 3 days into my 4 night stay to fix the problem. No iron in room. Hotel front desk has 1 iron for the entire hotel. I asked for it on day 2 of my stay, never got it.

Stayed here with my brothers on a weekend trip to Berlin. Very good hotel, near to several restaurants and only a short stroll from Zoo Station. Room was spotless and the staff were excellent. Would stay here again.
