The air conditioning did not work in the first room but luckily the friendly staff arranged for us a second room which was better than the first in every way. The breakfast was good and had a wide selection. Gluten free products were available and allergens were clearly marked. Convenient metrobus connection to the u-bahn station and zoological garden

Although not centrally located, the busses are easily accessible and an S Bahn (city trains) station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It is in a beautiful area, staff are very friendly and helpful.
