The accommodation was excellent. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable although one side was up against the wall. The kitchenette was well equipped with appliances. The shower was nice and hot and the water pressure was unbelievable. The area is okay, but has a lot of litter and graffiti about.

Ground floor apartment at a noisy traffic intersection, that you will notice even with plugs in your ears while sleeping. Was met with a text message three days after arrival, saying that cleaning is planned the next day. Staff was contacted and they said that cleaning was mandatory "to ensure our standard of cleanliness".

Limehouse Berlin Malmöer Str.

Beskrivelsen av rommet synes vi stemte bra overens med virkeligheten. Når vi fikk lest fremgangsmåten for å komme inn i leiligheten var dette også godt forklart. Rommet var rent og ryddig. Beliggenheten utfra vårt opphold i Berlin var perfekt. Det trakk litt fra ytterdøren og med minusgrader ute ble det kaldt i inngangspartiet/kjøkkenet. Her kunne det med fordel vært en varmeovn. Savnet forøvrig noen engelsktalende TV-kanaler. Men totalt sett veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Det var forøvrig også greit å finne parkering i nærheten av hotellet, men det kan være pga. juletiden da det er en del som har reist bort fra byen.

Es war sehr schön , würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Hatte anfangs probleme mit dem einchecken , war etwas kompliziert und das parken eine Katastrophe. Aber man ist es ja von Berlin gewohnt. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Primeflats- apartments im Arnimkiez- Oikein hyvä!

Primeflats-apartments im Arnimkiez oli mielestämme oikein hyvä asunto. Kauppa ja metroasema olivat kävelyetäisyydellä, samoin monia muita palveluita löytyi pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto oli kompakti ja siisti. Sänky ja keittonurkkaus olivat hyvät samoin kuin wc-tilat suihkuineen. Asunnossa oli puhtaat pyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, riitävä määrä wc-paperia sekä perus keittiö- ja siivousvälineet muttei esim. suihkugeeliä tai samppoota. Myös esim. suola ja mausteet kannattaa muistaa pakata mukaan, mikäli kokkailee itse. Asunnossa oli paljon ikkunapintaa, mutta pimennysverhot olivat hyvät ja riittävät ainakin joulukuussa. Wi-Fi yhteys toimi asunnossa hyvin. Seutu oli turvallisen ja siistin oloinen sekä hiljainen. Kommunikointi firman henkilökunnan kanssa toimi hyvin. Suosittelemme tätä majoitusta!

It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key.

Great location terrible service

The place is clean and well kept. Bed fairly comfortable, kitchen useful and bathroom fine. Location is great, quiet part of berlin which is hard to find. Important to know if you're travelling alone all the exterior walls are see through glass and the main door is glass which was fine for us. The main issues were with service. I was never instructed how to enter the apartment/hotel and so had to make several international calls over several hours in order to figure out how to even enter. Despite this and wifi issues Which I emailed to the company direct and Expedia I was never contacted. I sent several emails and never got a response. Made several calls never returned. Very disappointed. I was never checked in on. Place is good overall but I found the service to be terrible.

Could not get access!

Firstly, no body bothered to tell us that we had to find the key safe, nor gave us the pin number to access it. So we turned up and after 15 mins luckily someone told us that there was a key safe and opened it up to reveal our keys in an envelope with my name on it. I had phoned the number on my hotels.com paperwork but it just rang and wasn't answered. So that is why I have given a poor service score. After a 5 hour journey it was not the best start to our stay in Berlin. Other than that the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable. No instructions for the Amazon prime TV so it was try and figure it out for yourself. Local area has a recycling centre next door, a bit noisy but that was all. Watch out for dog dirt on the pavements. No the owners fault. Local area has great transport connections to all of Berlin via S-Bahn. Gesundbrunnen has shops and Aldi and Lidl are both a short walk. Berlin Wall (Mauer) used to run close by so a pleasant walk along the Mauerweg across the railway bridge, takes you to a park which has a brilliant flea market on Sundays. Local restaurants are mostly Vegan so we struggled to get something with meat. I would use again but the owners or Hotels.com need to up there game regarding the access arrangements.

Kritik!! aber Berlin hat uns gefallen

Uns hat gestört, dass das Zimmer sehr eng war und keineswegs dem Foto in Ihren Unterlagen ähnelte. Das jeweilige Bett konnte kaum von der Seite erreicht werden. Und dann war trotz Nebenstrasse der Verkehr wegen Müllfahrzeugen sehr laut. Die Beschreibung über das Aktivieren des Fernsehers war sehr dürftig. TV konnte auch von unseren Freunden nicht in Gang gesetzt werden ,und WLAN funktionierte nicht. Es waren nur 3 Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Die Waschbeckerarmaturen sollten gängiger gemacht werden. Service nicht bewertet, da für uns nicht sichtbar.

Asunnon tilat avarat ja valoisat. Eteisen matto ja keittiövälineet parhaat päivänsä nähneitä. Pieni kävelymatka Lidlille ja S-bahn:lle. Kerrankin kunnon kokoinen vuodesohva, ihanat vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet!! Menisin uudelleen :)
