Property was clean, spacious, and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Staff was helpful and accessible. Will stay here again.

Cute spot with a very comfortable room. It’s small but cozy and perfect for 1-2 nights. We found a great Middle Eastern Eatery called Smash’d in walking distance that was great, the man working was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing.

Spacious deluxe room, but with a bit boring/strange interior! Friendly staff when there was someone around. Nothing much happening at the hotel though! Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was perfect! Our flight arrived late at night so the hotel was locked but when we rang the number on the door a member of staff came straight away to check us in. The room itself was fantastic, it was big, lots of facilities and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned on our second day and it was immaculate. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location with transport links close by and almost everything you’d need was in walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel and if we came to Berlin again, we’d definitely stay here. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Hotelli oli todella siisti. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Saimme neuvoja ja tietoja pyytämättä junaliikennettä parhaillaan koskevan lakon vuoksi. Hotellin sijainti oli keskellä hyviä liikenneyhteyksiä. Varsinaista aamiaista ei hotellissa ollut ainakaan tammikuussa tarjolla, mutta lähistöllä oli useita hyviä kahviloita, joista vastapäisen Cafe Bello Chiccon aamiainen oli maukas ja paikka tunnelmallinen.

Sentralt,og høy standard.
Er veldig flott hotel som holder høy standard. Romslige og mye lysinnlipp ,arkitektur som virkelig falt i god smak hos oss. Hotellet ligger også veldig godt posisjonert. Veldig sentralt til det meste. Også veldig hyggelig ansatte i resepsjonen .

Keinerlei Speisen nur Getränke , kein Frühstück, Rezeption spricht nur englisch, als wir um 3 Uhr nachts ins Hotel kamen fand direkt gegenüber eine Techno Party statt unmöglich zu schlafen die Bässe wummerten bis 6 Uhr morgens auf die Frage ob die sich wegen der unfassbaren Lautstärke mal kümmern könnten hieß es nur wir sind kein Hotel sie haben ein Apartment gemietet da müssen Sie sich selbst drum kümmern sprich leider trotz schöner Zimmer null service

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again

What an amazing place to stay! I stayed in the executive suite for 7 nights and loved it. Having a kitchen was great for keeping drinks in the fridge and the seperate space for lounge and bedroom made me feel at home and able to host people. They also have free DIY laundry facilities which was great and they provided everything you needed. Grocery store close by and also the main train station. Highly recommend!

Einige Dinge entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung hier auf Expedia. Etwa wird angegeben, dass das Personal an der Rezeption die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch spräche. Bei einer telefonischen Rückfrage vor der Anreise sprach man nur Englisch. Auch während eines Aufenthaltes von 8 Tagen waren drei verschiedene Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ausschließlich englischsprachig bzw. mit sehr rudimentärem Deutsch. Ausnahmslos alle Schilder und Beschreibungen auf den Appartements waren ausschließlich englischsprachig. Ohne fundierte Englischkenntnisse kann ich diese Unterkunft also nicht empfehlen. In der Beschreibung war von einem Schreibtisch die Rede. Ein solcher war in der Executive-Suite nicht vorhanden.

Top Lage . Nette Crew . Sprechen aber nur englisch. Zimmer haben alles . Mikrowelle ,Kochfeld., Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank. Wurde auch immer alles aufgefüllt. Zimmer gross und sauber. Sehr zentral in unmittelbarer nähe des Alekanderplatzes.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Super sauber, großräumig. Man hörte gar nichts von dem Straßenlärm. Optimal zu Fuß unterwegs. Tolles Angebot an Restaurants und Kaffees. Eine gemütlich Bar ist genau am Eingang der Appartments.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the ‘essential room’ with free washer and dryer access and towels available at anytime! We stayed in the balcony room and we’re pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was. 10/10 stay!
