Convenient location and comfortable hotel.

Excellent location if you have business at the Estrel Convention centre, a ten minute cab ride away. Shops are nearby if you need anything and the staff are very helpful & friendly.

Convenient location but noisy rooms on roadside

Friendly staff, and conveniently located for a conference I was attending nearby, but the rooms overlooking the road are very noisy and exceptionally hot.

Really helpful staff at check in. The hotel has its own car park - you can take the elevator straight to your room when you park. Also - unlike many city hotels, the parking charge is very reasonable. Nice rooms, good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel, it was quiet and clean . Staff was nice and helpful. I think it would be really nice to have a few benches outside to sit on and a laundry room that guest could use (and pay for) would be excellent. We stayed a total of 11 days and I thought the hotel had a laundry room (could have been my mistake) so we had to take our laundry out. The breakfast was excellent. We again really liked our stay and when we return next year hope to stay at your hotel again.
