I stayed at Residency N7 while visiting Berlin for InnoTrans, and the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel was only two train stops away from the event, which made getting there incredibly convenient! It’s also within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops, so everything I needed was close by. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would definitely stay at Residency N7 again and highly recommend it!

Es ist gut gelegen zu den Anbindungen des öffentlichen Verkehrs. Wir hatten Hofseite gebucht und haben Straßenseite erhalten. Das Zimmer hat bei der Reinigung Nachholbedarf.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Very clean, conveniently located to the trains, trams, & busses, a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and pretty big. This property has no staff around, wanted an extra towel and extra blanket, but they did not respond until we left I have ordered for three people, was sure there will be at least a rollaway bed. There is no kitchenette.

Excellent accommodation for a family of 6. Clean and good kitchen equipment. The only thing that made it bad because it was too hot that day and we are sweating the whole time inside the room. But I guess we came in during heatwaves

Very modern hotel with self-check-in. Unfortunately, we didn't get the code for the front door, so we had to call a number where no one picked up for a while, so the check-in was not the best experience. But, the rooms were very nice.

very good accommodation especially for the price, decent location and near a train station, the only downside was there is very little like that enters the rooms and the lights inside are not that bright to light up the rooms overall very good

If you want clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, great location and quiet, this place is for you. I was given a late check out and the maid was very helpful. If you need the following amenities, you may need to reconsider. No ice, vending, water, food, drinking glasses (were delivered on request), no fridge, no milk for tea or coffee, no Kleenex, 2 lights without bulbs and a flooded bathroom after showering because the door doesn’t close, then you can decide how important these things are. This is not a hotel. It’s a building with individual rooms and a small lobby with computers to check in and make your key card.

Good- close to stations, cafes, restaurants and pharmacy. Staff and guests were nice. Room was clean, had most basic things. Check in was easy. Bad- there’s no immediate help at all. Only cleaning staff who speak a little English. The room was very dark, only one ceiling lamp and facing an echoey back are with some construction work. Room didn’t look like the photos with nice bedspread. No extra amenities, no immediate service. The hand and body wash were mixed up and locked into the wall. No mini fridge. The door was my biggest concern, it has no spy hole and no safety latch. Lift broke at one point and we had to take the stairs. My colleague tried to check out at 12pm on the dot and the iPad said it’s past check out time. Another guest was having problems with their keycard. I had a question about the safe and was told to WhatsApp. No place to store luggage. In conclusion if you are tech savvy, young, independent, patient and only staying for a few days, this hotel might be ok, but if you are in a rush, or need help with something, it’s very stressful.

The property was very clean with spacious and comfortable amenity suites. The rooms were of good value in Berlin and the property was located in a very convenient location. The property's concept is that it is contactless (i.e. no visible staff with self service online kiosks for check in). Our only issue was that we were unsure as how to access the main door upon arrival (a code was needed but never sent to us). Luckily a staff member was available via phone so all was good. Overall, I would recommend this property and would consider booking again.
